DAY 1 : TRABZON | BATUM
We depart from the Moloz Mosque Square at 06.30 in the morning and head to the Sarp Border Gate. We take a break near Rize and continue our journey towards the Sarp Border Gate. After customs procedures at the gate, we cross into Georgia. In Batumi, our first stop is the statue of St. Andrew, one of the 12 apostles of Jesus, and a photo break at the waterfall. Following this, we embark on a walking tour of the city, starting with the Turkish Mosque, followed by a short walk to Piazza Square, which blends harmoniously with the region’s texture. You’ll be delighted by the Clock Tower in the square. We then walk towards Europe Square, where we see the Media Statue, Armenian Church, and Astrological Clock, and have a photo session at Europe Square. Before our free time, our last stops are the Drama Theater Building and the Poseidon Statue. Free time on Batumi Boulevard dating back to the 1800s. We see the Ali & Nino Statue and the Alphabet Tower. After seeing the iconic buildings on the New Boulevard, we check into our hotel. After a short rest, we head to a Georgian restaurant for dinner accompanied by live music, making it an enjoyable evening. Accommodation: Batumi 5*
DAY 2 : BATUM | BORÇKA KARAGÖL | TRABZON
After having breakfast at our hotel in the morning, we proceed to the Sarp Border Gate for customs procedures. Once the customs formalities are completed, we take our seats in our vehicle and head to Borçka Karagöl via Hopa. Upon arrival at Borçka Karagöl, we stroll around the lake, enjoying the pleasant surroundings as the leaves of the trees start to change color. After spending a delightful time there, we return to our vehicle and begin our journey back. We make a short tea break along the way and finally reach Trabzon at 18.00, concluding our trip.
