Evaluation Method

The acceptance/rejection decision of the abstract to be sent to the congress is made according to the reviewers’ reports which are drawn up as a result of confidential evaluations made by at least two members of the Scientific Committee who do not know each other. The reviewer’s evaluation criteria are available on the congress website under the title “Submission Evaluation Criteria”. As a result of the reviewers’ evaluations, it will be decided whether the abstract will be accepted, rejected or accepted with improvements. The abstracts that are decided to be improved will be sent to the corresponding author and will be improved in line with the reviewers’ suggestions. Accepted abstracts that have passed the specified review process will be sent to the responsible author and will be included in the scientific programme.

  1. Does the abstract correspond to one of the main topics of the congress?
  2. Is the purpose of the study clearly stated?
  3. Are the method(s) used appropriate for the purpose of the study?
  4. Are the results clearly presented?
